Electronics Technician – Night Shift

Target Annual Earnings: $75,000–$85,000

Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM on a rotating schedule, with approximately 14 days off per month

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems in an industrial manufacturing facility. This position supports reliable production by diagnosing equipment issues, maintaining machine controls, and reducing downtime.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, electrical systems, and electronic components.
Diagnose Allen-Bradley PLC, sensor, control wiring, and automation issues.
Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Use electrical testing equipment to identify faults and verify repairs.
Support preventative maintenance and coordinate replacement parts and technical assistance.
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and company safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Industrial electrical maintenance experience, including some experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs.
Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience with automated equipment, machine controls, sensors, and electrical circuitry.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate effectively with maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
Robotics and pneumatic or hydraulic controls experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with moving machinery and production equipment. Must be able to perform hands-on equipment repairs and work overtime as needed.
