Key Responsibilities - Ensure accuracy and relevance. - Support feasibility studies, tolerance development, and poka yoke planning. - Maintain failure analysis and effective process procedures. - Assist with new projects, including prototypes and delivery approval. - Develop and approve test methods and equipment. - Conduct process audits and run-rate assessments. - Support product quality, gaging, and data interpretation. - Manage manufacturing documents like process flows, PFMEAs, and control plans. - Lead cost reduction and profitability activities. - Uphold ISO and IATF standards. - Train staff on quality policies. - Address customer issues through communication and plant visits. - Oversee tooling and gaging. - Support supervisor activities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business. - 3-5 years in SPC, APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, GD&T, and IATF 16949.
