About This Role

Quality Manager Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday Position Overview The Quality Manager will lead the company’s quality systems, inspections, documentation, and compliance efforts within an aerospace manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining AS/IA9100 standards, meeting customer requirements, supporting audits, and ensuring products meet all applicable quality specifications. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System Manage document control, certifications, traceability, and customer requirements Lead internal, customer, and AS/IA9100 audits Review engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection results Prepare First Article Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102 Oversee incoming, first-article, and final inspections Manage supplier quality, calibration, and nonconforming material processes Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions Develop quality procedures, inspection standards, and process controls Qualifications At least two years of quality management or related experience Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring equipment AS9100 experience or a strong understanding of ISO quality standards Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Experience with quality audits and document control CMM programming experience is preferred; Zeiss Calypso experience is a plus Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across departments
