Machine Builder Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Machine Builder to assemble, rebuild, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. This role involves working from engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate assembly, proper alignment, and reliable machine operation. Key Responsibilities Assemble and fit mechanical components using blueprints, assembly instructions, and hand and power tools. Interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to build and troubleshoot machinery. Rebuild, repair, and align equipment to meet engineering specifications. Verify proper fit and function of mechanical and fluid power systems while meeting project quality requirements. Assist with additional department needs as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 5 years of machine building or related experience. Strong understanding of mechanical assembly and machine construction. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. Vocational or technical training in manufacturing preferred. Must provide your own hand tools.
